Definition
“Department” means Department of Trade Negotiations.
“Service users” means persons or juristic persons who use any website service of the Department of Trade Negotiations.
“Service” means the use of products, software, information and website of the Department of Trade Negotiations.
General Provision
When you visit and use any part of the service of www.dtn.go.th (“this website”), this would be considered that you have accepted the specified website policy. The Department of Trade Negotiations reserves the right to suspend publication, change, edit, cancel or update information at any time without the need to notify in advance. All changes will be displayed on the website. When you access this website after such changes, this would be considered that you agree to accept all website policies as changed.
1. Objectives
The website of the Department of Trade Negotiations (“the Department”) is prepared for propagating and publicizing news and information. By accessing and using services of this website, the service users will be subject to the following terms and conditions. Before using the service, the users should study the terms and conditions for use of the website and/or any other terms and conditions that the Department notifies on the website in detail. However, in using the service, it shall be deemed that the user has accepted to comply with the terms and conditions of service set forth herein. If the user does not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of service, we request that you cease visit and use of this website immediately.
2. Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website
1) Users may receive, access, create, send or display information such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files, or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images, as part of service or through the use of service, hereinafter referred to as “Contents”.

A service user has no rights to alter, change, sell, transfer or create consecutive works based on such content, whether in whole or in part, unless the user has received permission explicitly from the owner of such content.
3) In case users have modified, edited, created, sent, displayed, or published any content based on contents from the service, whether in whole or in part, users will be solely responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such content to any person, including the Department of Trade Negotiations.
4) Users may encounter inappropriate or obscene content that causes dissatisfaction at your own risk.
5) The Department retains the rights to screen, review, mark changes, reject or delete any content that are inappropriate from the service. The Department may provide tools to clearly screen content without violating relevant laws, rules, and government regulations.
6) The Department may temporarily or permanently stop providing services or terminate services providing to any specific user, if such providing service gives an affect to other users of the service or has conflict with the law, without notifying the service users in advance.
7) Stopping or terminating the service according to paragraph 5), a service user will not be able to access the service and the detailed account of a service user, any document file or other contents under the user's account.
8) In the case that the Department permanently stops providing services or terminate service to the users, the Department has the rights to delete all information under the user's account without notifying the service users in advance.
3. Rights, Duties and Responsibilities of a Service User
1) Users will provide information about themselves, such as identity or detailed contacts, that are always accurate, true, and up-to-date, to the Department as part of the registration process to the use of services or the continuous use of services.
2) Users will use the service of this website for the objectives permitted by the Department’s provisions and without contradiction to the laws, rules, regulations, obligations and generally accepted practices.
3) Users will not access or attempt to access any other service by any other method, including the use of automatic methods (using scripts), other than the channels provided by the Department, unless the user has been explicitly giving a permission from the Department to do so.
4) Users will not do or participate in obstructing or disrupting the services of the Department, including the servers and networks connected to the service.
5) Users will not copy, extract, duplicate, sell, exchange, or resell the service for any purpose, unless the user has been explicitly giving a permission from the Department to do so.
6) Users are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of password associated with any account, that is used to access the service.
7) Users are solely responsible for damages resulting from the violation of the terms and conditions to any person, including to the Department.
4. Maintaining privacy and personal data of users
1) The Department will treat personal data and protect the privacy of users, under the Personal Data Protection Policy of the Department of Trade Negotiations.
2) Users agree to comply with the Personal Data Protection Policy of the Department of Trade Negotiations.
5. Links to third-party websites
1) This Website may contain hyper-links to third-party websites for convenience of the users only. The Department neither has involved with nor has the power to control, guarantee, verify the accuracy, reliability or responsibilities to any contents presented on those third-party websites. The Department shall not be liable for any damage arising from access to those websites or be responsible to any damage arising from access to such websites linked to the Department’s website.
2) In the case of Link to the Department’s website from third-party websites, the users can have hyper-link to the Home Page of the Department’s website by submitting the request in writing. However, requiring hyper-link to the Consecutive Pages of this website must be received by a written consent from the Department only. And in giving such consent, the Department reserves the right to impose any conditions for the other third-party websites linking to the Department’s website. In no circumstances shall the Department of Trade Negotiations be deemed responsible to any contents presented on any other websites linked to this Website or be deemed liable to any damage arising from access to those websites.

The Department shall not be liable for any damages, including damages, losses and expenses incurred whether directly or indirectly, as a result or consequence of users accessing this website or any website linked to this website, or to damage Loss or expenses arising from any failure to use, error, omission, interruption, defect, imperfection, computer virus, although the Department of Trade Negotiations has been informed that there may be damage, such losses or expenses occur. 2) Users must not disclose information that the Department has set as confidential without prior written consent from the Department.
3) Users must not use trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and domain names of the Department of Trade Negotiations without written consent from the Department.
8. Applicable law
Interpretation and enforcement of these terms of service shall be in accordance with the Thai laws.
